Indications

1. post ligament, soft tissue and tendon surgery
2. for postoperative and conservative treatment of fractures of the fibula
3. dislocated fractures of the talocrural joint
4. conservative treatment of injuries of the fore and middle foot and of the tarsus
5. after ligament refixation and peroneal tendon dislocation
6. for chronic ligamentous instability
7. follow-up treatment following fractures of the talus, calcaneus and medial malleolus
8. for early functional therapy after conservative or surgical treatment for rupture of the Achilles tendon

Mode of action

1. optional fixed joint ankle or partial excursion; this permits early functional mobilisation
2. plantarflexion : 0º, 10º, 20º, 30º, 40º
3. plantarflexion : 0º, 10º, 20º, 30º, 40º dorsiflexion : 20º, 10º, 0º immobilisation at each 10º angle setting
4. physiological gait due to special sole design
